Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, a day after talks with Israeli leaders in Tel Aviv. Blinken told Abbas the United States supports “tangible steps towards the creation of a Palestinian state," according to State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.
